Yes. All rental customers must sign a rental agreement before taking possession of the vehicle.

Yes, you may travel with pets in our rental vehicles. However:

• Customers must follow all local regulations regarding pets in vehicles.
• A cleaning fee may apply if excessive pet hair, dirt, or damage occurs.

No. Smoking is not permitted in any rental vehicle.

• If it is determined that smoking occurred, a cleaning fee will be assessed.

Yes. Additional authorized drivers are allowed, but:

• They must be listed on the rental agreement.
• They must be covered under the renter’s primary insurance policy.

The total cost of your rental may include additional charges, such as:

• State and local taxes or surcharges
• Early or late return penalties
• Higher weekend or weekly rates
• Additional driver fees
• Refueling fees
• Cleaning fees

Rentals are available on a daily basis for up to 30 days.
